Ok, this is what me and my roomate always do. We go for lunch, eat all of the lamb and briyani things that they are served. Then stealing the fruits especially ORANGE jajjjaajja. On our first day, we bought a grocery in al-Falah plaza, we bought a bunch of fruit, orange, banana, and apple. Why? We want to live such a healthy way in this dessert. After a few day, we realize that we can get the fruit from our canteen in MLC, yippiii, save the money for shopping. Since we always take the orange everyday, we feel like we have an orange farm in our kitchen. Unfortunately is not as easy as the way it should be, we cant resist doritos with cheez flavor, candy, kitkat, snickers, pepsi, subway, and of course mie goreng. I influence my roomate to eat our lovely mie goreng (she call it soup btw). She love it and now buy her own mie goreng hahahha. You better look our healthy food.

Just say, I am truly asian with that tanned skin (aka hitam dalam bahasa indonesia). Well, I am going to give a brief description about who my classmate are: Alma Rodriguez (US), Justin Loven (US), Ylide Mendoza (Mexico), Daniel Sol (Mexico), Aleksey Borisenko (Russia), Alexandr Echkalov (Russia), Larisa Kochmar (Russia), Lilia Gimaeva (Russia), Mikhail Morozov (Russia), Huang Du Rou (China), and Ahmed Sabet (Egypt). See, from that list as you can see, I am the only one who has a truly-original-sunmade tanned skin hahhaha.

It is ironic tho, my friends keep saying that I used to be very very damn care about my skin color and wight. I even did not want to be expose to the sun when I was in college. I am looking for a shadow everytime I walk, walking at noon is a big no no, and even I am using a very special approved reccomended skin whitening (balabiah bano). I also used to control my food, no supper, no ice cream, no sop kaki kambing, everything is limited. Now, my life turns up side down, I work when the uncontrolable sun is shining, where no where to hide, no tree, offshore equipment, with scheduled breakfast, lunch and dinner, and no sports at all. I gained 5 kg in 3 months, that was horrible. So lets put on my end of this year resolution which is USING PONDS and CONTROL YOUR FOOD SORAYA hahhahaha.

Hi Abu Dhabi, it seems like I have not finish exploring you, so I have to go back. Hopefully I will stay for 2 months to attend OS-stim school. Its quite tough tho, I have to survive from this kinda working training thingy. Or just say I have to study instead of chatting all over jajajjaa. I live in Blue tower, Slb rental apartment, in room number 1002A. I live with my classmate, Alma, she comes from Texas, US, but she is mexican. We get along very close to each other, share gossip, silly thing, and even we do have “fracturing” jokes for God sake. Here is a view from our “lame” apartment. It is surrounding by rocks houses just like the old flinstone houses jajajaja. They have a nice car, you can see lamborghini is parked on the street. I wonder how could they be so rich after all.

Since our lovely duppy Blue Tower apartment is miles away from MLC, we have to get up early, and always save by the adzan, I always got up early. We have to take for approximately one hour to MLC, we call it, our high quality nap time. Just bring your up to date-brand new style- sun glasses, neck pillow, and ipod, you will be save for one hour. After 3 turn, 18 traffic lights, high way, and 80 km/hour riding a bus, I finally arrive at MLC. First thing to do is go to your class room, lock your laptop if you dont wanna get trouble, and go to canteen yipppieee. The food is not too bad actually, I just confused why people hate it so much. They have a croissant which is my favorite, orange juice which is also my favorite hahhaa, so I know now why I dont mind with the food.

In our first day, there was a silly thing happened. We went to MLC by NTC taxi, special order for us since there was no enough bus. I went there with my class mate who is Alma, Ylide from Mexico, and Daniel from Mexico. We arrived early -coz we took taxi-, we went through all the hall, our class is 226 which is on the backside af the MLC, and suddenly the fire alarm rang. riiing…riiiing..riiing.. We were shocked and yet laugh because our class like 1 meter away. We had no idea where to go, we just followed an old man walked through MLC. We arrived at the muster point and found out place to stand. Then, someone said it just a fire drill, oooh holly crap now we have to walk all over again jajjajajja. It was silly tho And I found two my indonesian friend yippie, I could speak bahasa then .

finally, we made it, BALIIIII..After a loooong looong exhausted life lately, I got 5 days off..I spent 3 days only to go to Bali, woohooo..

After joining Schlumberger for only 2 weeks, I went to Acid job in Serang for CVX. We use Adiraya Barge for all of our equipment. We worked in deep blue sea, as far as I could see it was only ocean and the waves. Thank God, sometimes there were dolphins, but what I was sad about, even the dolphin have a family in this deep blue sea HAHAHAHA. I stayed there for 3 weeks, indeed 3 weeks as the only girl in the barges. It was good tho because I could get whatever food I wanted to.

At night me and my mentor were usually have a quality time in professional way (remember Seroja, Mawar, and Melati mas Agus) Hahahhaa. I met one Halliburton guy there, Tito V III. He was so funny, his name was a heritage from his grandfather. He said that he will give his child name Tito V IV and for the his grandson Tito V V. Oh my God, he was so silly.  And the good thing is I am goingback to CVX  job. Maybe I will meet him there.

Aquaria Barge, place where we worked, where we put our equipment, where we put our chemical, or lets call a place that we lived. I stayed there for 3 weeks doing Total High Rate Water Pack Job for HL-272 and HQ-356. It was sooo fun being there, the team was absolutely amazing. I tried to learn a lot there. What we have been doing there was we pump fluid and proppant (sand) to well in order to control the sand production from the formation.

Our teaaaaam, They were so silly. I remember once when we were mixing HEC fluid for the treatment, I was the one who in charge for QA/QC the fluid. I tested for the viscosity and pH. The pH should be exact to make the fluid fully hydrated. Then someday, the pH meter wont work as it should be. I came from an idea to open the battery case, and suddenly the battery was popped out and disappeare. DAAAAAAAAAAMNNNN I was very very shocked. I was on the top of the tank, and what I was thinking that time that the battery was drawn to the fluid inside huahuahua.. Everybody was laughing when they saw my face. I put innocent face of course . I ran out to the engineer which was Septiandi, and he save my life. Well, actually the KARCE CALCULATOR SAVE OUR LIVE, yippieeeeeeee.. Soo much silly action that we have been through. I miss people there, I miss them a lot..

One day, in Aquaria Barge, when everybody was doing their quality time (read: sleeping), there were 4 people stayed up for true engineering conversation.

Yaya: FracCat come in, apa menu makan siang hari ini?

Verta/Septiandi: Yes go ahead nduk, opo yoo..Yang pasti 4 sehat 5 sempurna lah yaa, menambah nafsu makan dan berat badan. Abis itu kita karoke yuuk!!

Yaya: Roger that, mission accomplished then. Mari bekerja, kita check-check dulu viskositasnya.
